I’m Ashley Nicole,
I love photography and helping others feel empowered and confident! In 2022 I decided to open my own photography business because I know first hand how life changing a photo session can be and I want to give you that experience for yourself.
I’m not a wham-bam-thank-you-ma’am kind of photographer. I enjoy getting to know my clients, what sparks joy for them, what they’re looking to get out of their sessions and then delivering a tailored empowering experience. I haven’t had one person walk away from their session feeling anything less than extraordinary (which I fully take as a sign that I’m pretty good at what I do!)
My Purpose
To help you feel empowered and confident during your session and ultimately improve your self image. It’s said that you won’t remember what someone’s says, but you’ll remember how they made you feel - I’m here to celebrate you and make you feel truly radiant and get some kickass photo to remember the experience with.
Down With Societal Beauty Standards
I enjoy photographing people as they are so you’re going to look like you. In my portfolio you will see individuals of all different races, shapes, sizes and gender identities who also might have stretch marks, cellulite, wrinkles, hip dips, body hair, moles, freckles and skin texture. All of these features are part of being a human, having skin and a body that changes. All bodies change. I’ve made the deliberate choice to not photoshop them out because they make you unique and I love sharing each person’s individuality. I want to celebrate you - just as you are right now, because you don’t need to change your body to be worthy of having photos taken!
My Mission
I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your feelings and thoughts about yourself and to reconnect with who you are/want to be. Through an empowering photography session you’ll gain a renewed appreciation for yourself while receiving stunning images that reflect your unique, authentic self.
